All I Want For Christmas…
On many people’s wishlists this year are an end to the economic crisis and improved health care. Many people feel that the cause of the current state of the economy is largely due to the health care system in this country. Before the crash of the mortgage industry, the number one reason for personal bankruptcy was unmanageable health care costs. Our country has the most expensive health care but almost 75 percent of Americans are unhappy with it. Other countries have systems in place where citizens pay very little are are treated to high quality, efficient care. Compare that to our country’s emergency rooms which are outrageously overpriced and force people to wait hours for care. Is there any hope for this country to have a health care system we can be happy with?
