Government to Play Robin Hood with Health Insurance?
Is it right to tax the rich to care for the poor? Some Democrats are saying it may be the only way to fund the very high priced reform proposal to overhaul the health care system in this country. The tax would be aimed at people with the highest priced health insurance plans from their employers, and go toward providing coverage for the millions who currently have no access to health insurance. Is it right to punish people with the “Cadillacs of insurance” by having them pay more in taxes? Or is there an entirely different approach which should be taken?
