		<description>I think the premise is way to broad brush. Not all doctors see as many patients as humanly possible in one day and invoice the health insurance company as much as they can per patient. Surely the insurance companies can reward performance-based outcomes and negotiate lesser pay for the reprehesible practives mentioned.</description>
