Rush for Health Insurance reform
Since the days of President Truman politicians have been talking about the need to reform the United States health care and health insurance system by moving closer to universal coverage. Everyone wants to know why the pressure for the reform seems so imperative this year. According to sources Obama’s administration is trying to capitalize on the President’s popularity before it dissipates. If we were to wait until 2010 it would put it in an election year which would encourage both the Democrats and Republicans more of a motive to make the debate more partisan. Do you agree?
we have been waiting long enough. Every time the gov’t puts it off, it never gets done. So if they can get it done now, why should they wait.
